OB offers free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To receive your pre-paid return label, please contact orders@ondabuena.co with your order number and items you wish to return. When requesting your return, please disclose the reason for your return. All items must be returned intact and in their original condition including their packaging. OB does not take responsibility for an item that has been damaged by the customer.
While rare, if for some reason you have received a faulty item, please notify us via orders@porttanger.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with images describing the defect.
